Refund Policy

Because every binder is an instant digital download, we do not offer general refunds once the file has been delivered.

If a file is genuinely broken, unreadable, or doesn't match what was described, email us at admin@canadianhomebinder.ca within 14 days of your order and we'll make it right — usually with a replacement file or a full refund at our discretion.

If your download link expires and you never got to use it, email us and we'll re-issue it.
