The download link appears immediately on the thank-you page after checkout, and a backup copy is emailed to you. The link is valid for 30 days.
Because these are digital products generated specifically for your household, we don't offer general refunds for change of mind. If a file is broken, unreadable, or doesn't match what we described, email admin@canadianhomebinder.ca within 14 days and we'll make it right — usually with a replacement file or a full refund at our discretion.
